The society is inside Manyata, so it's a lil lonely place from the city. One needs to have a vehicle for everytime going out is required. The property somehow isnt maintained well n not living upto a good builder standards

The owner of one the flat in G block (11th floor) is the worst I have faced in my life. Total makhichoos and mentally unstable. Only find ways to deduct deposit. I would not suggest anyone to take his flat. Flat is even numbered and 2bhk. Very poor experience. The colony itself is quite dull. Amenities are not fully functional

From nagawara signal to Manyata Tech Park Gate 2 then go straight last to N-Block left site Mantri

Pathetic society with pathetic mc community and rules. All the community members are useless. Have no brains and cause a lot of inconvenience for residents living here.

I feel sad for the people there. They get scolded by customers and flat owners day In and day out and still don't do the job properly. I waited 2 months for the person there to send me a brochure and he still didn't send and they're not a Grade A builder anymore. They almost tried fleeing the country and have left most of their projects to rot and cheated people. Even if you speak to Mrs. Snehal Mantri it's like meeting a govt official, nothing gets done, it goes to deaf ears.

Horrible developer. None of their projects are on time. Project are delayed badly.
