Not that great Mall, Parking is very much Dark and less lights. Only Zudio, Style Union, McD & Tony & Guy was there, otherwise it's empty.
Only ground floor is open with few stores - Zudio, McDonald's, Style Union, Toni&Guy. First floor seems to be a cloud kitchen and Second floor is a Working space. Remaining floors are yet to be constructed. Parking space is good. Overall, might be a good mini mall in Koramangla after Nexus in near future.
Pathetic parking management in Mantri Avenue... despite this being a paid parking there is absolutely no assurance that your vehicle will be safe..... To make matters worse these guys don't even have CCTV cameras installed in the Parking area.. These guys don't even want to take responsibility for the error and some of the staff are speaking rudely and trying to scare us into backing off.... Hope all the high end vehicle owners have extremely heavy insurance before you park your vehicles here because you don't know when your vehicle will get vandalized in this parking !!!! Think twice before parking here folks..

The McDonald's has ample parking space available for 2 wheelers and I am not quite sure about 4 wheelers. It's the new McDonald's with the table trackers and unlimited beverage service. I would like to complete about the fries, as the ones which were provided to me had gone a bit dry and i don't like them that way. The staff is kind and cheerful. Overall a great experience.
Only Decathlon and McD are open as of now. McD in ground floor and Decathlon in 1st Floor. Decathlon is nice and big. Still setting up. Cool staff Should be a good hanging place once the full mall is up and running.
