Mantra Resort - Resort hotel in Nasrapur - Pune, India

Very beautiful full of greenery. Down the hill is the river flowing. You can listen to birds chirping. Lots of activities for children and also grownup. staff is very polite and helpful. Food is good but can improve. Road from highway towards resort is too small must drive with caution.

Scenic place with private waterfall inside the resort. Vegetarian Food is served here which is delicious. There are 40+ indoor and outdoor activities for all age groups. Bonfire in the evening with a movie night is best experience. They have various packages for stay as well as one day trip.

When you reach this place, you will get a very creepy feeling right at the entry gate. An old guard will ask for your booking very rudely. As you enter the gate, you will see long bushes and some haunted watch houses. You will also see a rusted truck body, and you will feel like you are entering an abandoned place. Once you reach the reception, you will get confirmation of it. Everywhere you look, you will find rusted iron. The cottages are not well maintained. There are bushes around the cottage which are very good hiding places for insects. Bathrooms are also not maintained. The bathtub looked like it's 20 years old, cracked from everywhere. There was no exhaust in the bathroom. The food was also okay. We skipped one meal (dinner) because we didn't gather the courage to have it. High tea and breakfast were good. Visit this place at your own risk.

The room are not upto the mark washroom are ok but the biggest issue is lizards in the room. Swimming pool with the slide for kids was not clean location is great but rest of the things are not good

This was my worst experience with this resort. Property is poorly maintained, waste of money, non-cooperative staff (Do not listen to complaints and providing dissatisfying responses), bad food quality, badly maintained Swimming pool (one must not use it). I DO NOT recommend this resort.

Worst place on earth. It's long list of complaints, so let me right the most important ones 1) if you are looking for a haunted place experience as thrill, do not visit any amusement park . Your search will end here. Everything here is extremely old and broken . The interir decor for restaurents is scary to say the least. 2) Think of any known insect and you would find it in the room. We had to take exteme caution to keep ourself protected 3)Food was pathetic - too oily , tasteless and limited . There was no buffet. The food was not ready even one hour after the scheduled time . 4) Worst thing - there were only 2 families. The game zone and the restaurants were ghost places with absoluyely noone .

Please read full review before booking!! I recently visited the resort and trust me I have never seen such a worst resort. Please consider below points before going to that resort: 1. The resort is not at all maintained. 2. Bedsheets were dirty, and also blankets were too thin (You will feel cold for sure) 3. The staff is too much rude, they don't have manners to speak with the customers. They literally starts shouting when you complain about bad things there. 4. No brick walls for standard rooms, Its like partition with cement sheets. So there is no privacy. If you talk little loudly then your voice can be heard in next rooms. 5. Food was not that great. Also the salad was stinking. 6. Too long waiting time for food. I had to wait for 1.30 hours to get the lunch. 7. Plates were not available for having lunch. After long time we got dirty plates, so we had to wash the plates ourselves and take food. 8. Also saw a small cockroach in the kitchen area. 9. While booking they said we have TV and AC in the rooms but both were not working. We asked them for TV so they giving reason of network issues. 10. The biggest lie is that its a 3 star hotel ======================== Responding to mantra- Obviously if we are paying you the money, for sure we are going to expect good service. Unfortunately you failed to meet the expectations. Your service was below the average levels. You guys are lying about us, just to back your mistakes. Now answers to your false information- 1. Lunch timing was from 1-2. We went into Murlee restaurant around 1.30 and we still didn't get food. We had to wait for more than an hour. 2. We didn't even get the plates for food. After long waiting time we got the plates which were dirty and not cleanly washed. So we had to wash it ourselves. Please check CCTV footage. 3. We didn't threaten/abused any of your employees verbally, mentally, physically at all. You can check CCTV. 4. Only we were not there waiting for food since an hour or more. There were many people who were waiting in the queue and getting frustrated due the delay in lunch. 5. Please provide evidences regarding Refund related threats from our group at Sorina Hillside Resort. 6. We didn't disturb any of the guests there, instead of shouting in the kitchen we politely came to the Reception and had conversation there. 7. Please provide the 2 resorts names which banned us . Also provide some proofs about it. And yes please Ban me from your resort, so that if someone asks me to go at Mantra Resort, I can never say yes. 8. You guys are really good at peeping into people google profile and see their reviews and then guess how they are. This is the only good skill you have got. 9. Just a suggestion, instead of getting angry on reviews and commenting lies, Try to improve the food quality and serving time, rooms quality, TV, AC, washrooms, and your behavior towards customers.

we planned our team outing here, overall experience was not very nice. Food was okish, nothing special. The staff there was rude. We paid for a private DJ but got a public one and were even denied from one of their parties. there were a lot of games but the person managing them was not allowing anyone to play and treating us like we are little children and we will break everything.
