I got a haircut today , i asked for bangs. It was awful, he talked too much. Told me he worked at Tony and guy. I wonder he was a swiper there.I think this is the last time . I am not going back there.

They have started cheating their customers now.... I went there for haircut, have been their customer for last 5-6 years even when lots of new salons have started very near to my place. But today the lady at reception tried to cheat me and asked Rs 100 extra for the same hair cut service I used to get. When I inquired about the rate she said rates have increased and she tried to bluff me by opening the rate booklet. When I asked to open it and show me the rate for the service I took, the rate mentioned was the same what I used to pay till last month. I gave her the same amount what's written in the booklet and told her that this was the last time I came here, won't make the same mistake again just because you tried to cheat me today.

There is a lady who is working in mantra since long. She is very rude. Iam working mother who carry kid everywhere i go. But everytime i visit the salon she shouts at my kid for sitting on the rotating chair and rotating. Common if some damage happens to the chair which doesn't happen when you simply rotate you can claim for the loss instead of shouting at the kids. Apart from her every other person in the salon are polite.

Had haircut here. It's been months but still my hair condition is good. Hair stylist did a fab job. I just loved my hair after the styling.
