It is a good Gym. The owner of Gym is Vishesh Bhai. He is a certified Coach and Nutrition Expert. He has enough knowledge to plan your diet and Workout session according to you. It seems to be good that if a certified Coach help to achieve your goals. Gym is situated near Maseni Chauhra. The owner and the coaches are too humble, they tell you everything. And now about Gym, Gym has Clean Environment, Good people came here, good sound system, AC Facilities, drinking facilities, Washroom facilities is available here. Most of the equipment are here for working out. Treadmill, Cycling cross Cycling are also available for Cardio session. Fees is nominal according to this place. So everyone should visit it and achieve your Goal to have a good Physique.

I lost 5kgs in a month I trusted the process and the guidance of my trainer. This gym has everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy. First of all, the equipment is top-notch. They have a wide variety of machines and free weights, so you can work out every muscle group in your body. The equipment is also well-maintained and clean, so you can feel confident using it. The owner (Vishesh bhaiya) and the trainer (Akash bhaiya) is knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a supportive environment that encourages you to push yourself to your limits. One of the things I love about this gym is the sense of community. The staff and members are all friendly and welcoming, and it's easy to strike up a conversation with someone while you're working out. This creates a positive and motivating atmosphere that makes it easier to stay committed to your fitness goals. The timings of the gym are Morning - 6 - 10 a. m. Evening - 4:30 - 9:30 p. m These timings fit very comfortably with your daily work and office timings. Overall, I highly recommend MFG to anyone looking for a great workout experience in Fatehgarh- Farrukhabad. Great environment trainer is very frank with respect to your training u have to do accordingly every month 1kg whey protein is given freely , bcaa provided every week , all u have to do is go there and sit back relax

Extremely good gym. Farrukhabad rank 1 gym. With my personal experience of using 7 to 8 gym in farrukhabad Mantany force gym is best. Energetic atmosphere AC facility. Supportive and knowledgeable Gym trainer. And the fess is easily affordable. I recommend you to go with membership. Becoz after joining you have no reason to quit for the gym..New and advance machines nd fish and spa is mind blowling.
