I had booked this hotel for my parents for their visit to Balotra. And they faced such a bad experience from the staff. The staff didn't address our requirements. They asked 100 times for hot waters. Rooms are not cleaned, and the bedsheets didn't washed.

People should ask manager during check-in. Bcoz there is some technical issue with this hotel regarding payment. Today I went for check-in. They refused my check-in. They said they had not received payment from OYO, but I was booked that hotel from GOIBIBO and made payment earlier. It is recommended that hotel should resolve this issue with OYO management. And customer should confirm about their checkin after making payment whether they received payment or not. Bcoz cancellation window will be closed during check-in day.

Location near to the industry Room is OK But the staff is cheeter

The worst ever hotel I had ever stayed at in my life. Cleaning was pathetic, they had mopped the floor with dust on. The hall (which they call it as "AC Super Deluxe" room) was too big for a 0.5 tone window AC to keep the entire room cool. The bathroom was even more pathetic, the water tank above commode was not working, so we had to fill the water bucket and literally pour in the water from water bucket. Neither soap nor shampoo was provided initially to bath. Upon demand only a soap was given which was as good as stone. The water in Blotra is much more salty(to an extent that if they pour few drops of lime in to it you'll actually get a lemonade out of tap instead of water, and I'm not at all joking), so the soap given was ineffective, and as a result we had to buy a soap at our expense. Not just that but we had to demand for water bucket and a stool to seat on while bathing on first day. Do I need to tell you that don't expect things like shower bath tub etc...? There's no facility for drinking water inside the room. You've to go all the way down to reception for getting so called mineral water, and upon reaching the water cooler, you don't feel like drinking the water from there, as the cooler was maintained in such a so worst condition. There was no tap in the cooler, instead of tap they have directly installed a pipes, now just imagine a cooler with pipes instead of taps. Also, they don't provide for water bottle, you've to bring your bottle along or drink there only with the steel glasses they provide. I don't know whether to avoid room service or something else but they had placed a food menu in the room so secretly and if by chance you're lucky enough to find it, there was no telephone in the room to order the food (though I never tried but you can assume what would be the food quality). So again you'll have to go all the way down to reception area to order the food you want. If all these things are not enough, then Balotra town experiences multiple power cuts in a day, and for both the days of my stay at hotel I had experienced it 2-3 times a day, with one preset power cut in the early morning around 6 o'clock for 2-3 hours, so assume the kind of hell I was in to given the fact that I visited it during the pick of summer season in India. And the other 2 power cuts would be in afternoon and at a time just before evening. One top of all these things at late night when you reach hotel all exhausted and damn sleepy, what you see is police is standing at the entry gate of the hotel, and upon inquiry we came to know that hotel management had allotted an already booked and paid room to some other guests rather than giving it to those who had made the first booking. So at around 12:30 in the night, those guests (2 ladies and 2 men) found that they'll not be getting the room but these guys from hotel are even denying to refund the room charges they've already paid. So, please be mindful that even after making a booking and paying for the room, there's no certainty that you'll get the room or your money back.
