Worst experience ever. PATHETIC!
Requested for evening appointment with Dr Sanjiv, the person on the phone mentioned that doctor will leave after 3pm, so he gave us a 2pm appointment. We left our offices and reached before 2pm and could only see doctor after 4pm.
Firstly, the doctor was available throughout the day but the person lied to us. Not sure what pleasure they get in wasting patient's time. Secondly, there is no point in taking an appointment because they will make you wait at least 2 hours before you can see the doctor.
Pathetic management. No value of anyone's time. Just because the doctor is reputed, it does not mean patients will comply to whatever pleases them. Never coming back here.
Worst to worst experience every time, I got appointment for my father on 3/10/23 at 3 pm, on requesting again and again that my father is not able to sit due to back pain and old age Dr.T.Das called him after 4 hrs at 7:15 pm and told after inspecting ki aaj toh apka dilate test nahi ho payega. I just want to ask from management of Mansarovar when the appointment was for 3 pm why so much delay was made keep us waiting and without any test he is called after 2 months. This was not only with me every patient of Dr.T.Das present there was traumatized with same situation.
I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
It was a great experience, the staff is very helpful and supportive. Doctors are also experienced and skilled. This is an old hospital which was very famous for eye treatment because of the location of the place but now they are so much busy in making money that they not at all value the precious time as well as sensitivity of the patients.
They give advance appointment of so many days abd then too they keep the patients and their families waiting for hours and hours.
Specially Dr. T. Das is so insensitive and professional that thay do not consider the patients a human being.

Despite of appointment for Dr. Das one has to wait atleast 4-5 hrs when doctor calls u for first inspection. And then they start dilate process.
Highly experienced Doctor. Very supportive staff. Overall, my mother's Cataract surgery at Mansarovar was a great experience.
