Attended a wedding reception here recentl. Hall is decent, but the gents toilet was very badly maintained. The dining area is in the first floor and the taps for hand wash were not working properly there. Overall an average place.

I walked in to have the breakfast buffet after checking couple of reviews online. I enjoyed my breakfast here. Had good options on the menu, the chutney was awesome and I enjoyed the Tea very well. Excellent service at the Hotel. Thanks to Rini and her team for your service.

We travelled with family and booked 3 rooms. Room was neat and good. Reception desk was very responsive.when we asked they make food for our child. Just opposite to the metro station and bus stand.location wise also nice.

I stayed here for 24 hours along with my wife and two kids. Overall it is good. We reached there at 9 and had to wait 2hours for checkin. They asked us to wait as all rooms are dirty after check out. They kept on saying please wait 15 min and again 10 min until 2hrs. Keeping waiting even after booking felt very unproffessional and rude. They allowed us to use staff wash room, which i appreciate. Rooms are good. Rs 2520 incl tax. They provided extra bed for my child at Rs1k extra. Bathrooms are little old looking. Bathroom door frames are damaged. Bathroom door lock was damaged. Room service was very good. A/c was good. TV was there. 2 small bottle water were provided. Kettle, tea & coffee pwdr all were there. Soap, shampoo, brush etc were provided. No towels. Room had shelf and locker. We had complimentary breskfast. It was good. Restaurant staffs are very good.

Poor behaviour front front office staffs. Unprofessional... Does not deserve to be in hospitality industry.... No proper cleaning of rooms... Dirty rooms provided

Service is very slow as no one is there to attend ur luggage while check in nd check out, Rooms are not properly cleaned specially rest room. Needs improvement. Breakfast and restaurant staff is good nd polite food is also good.

Good location. Badly designed bathrooms where the water from the shower flows below the washbasin so it's difficult for anyone to use the basin once someone has had a shower. Limited breakfast options. Overall, they could do much better
