Manoribel - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Frankly I like the room (small but nice) however no room service and god knows wat is the reception number... The biggest disappointment is the service. When you pay an amount which is above average (never asked for discount) you expect descent service. Think the owners are super nice it is those few arrogant support staff who doesn't knw the actually meaning of "SORRY" but still say sorry are the ones pulling their scoring down when it comes to hospitality

Excellent location, close to Mumbai city, easy to reach even using public transport - you can take the ferry to Manori from Marve jetty. Massive property with many trees, places to sit, direct access to the beach, and an excellent restaurant serving various cuisines. The overgrown forest vibe of the property is probably it's biggest strength. Worth visiting any time of the year including in the rains. The rooms are simple but extremely clean and comfortable. This is the kind of hotel you visit if you need a break and don't intend to do much.

"Harsh and unfriendly reponse from the resort" I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience while booking at this resort. Their complete lack of a pet-friendly policy reflects a shocking insensitivity towards pet owners like myself. It's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating to encounter such a rigid and unfriendly stance towards pets in this day and age. As a potential customer, I expected a more accommodating approach, especially considering the growing number of pet owners looking for suitable vacation options. This resort's pet policy has left me agitated, and I would strongly advise fellow pet owners to look elsewhere for a more welcoming and considerate destination.

Great beach vibe, sitting right in front of the beach. This property is big, you can spend hours exploring the properties and the beach. Rooms are decent enough but on the costlier side. The property is huge so it needs lots of maintenance work. However, the management and the owners are doing a decent enough job considering their strength. The owner is a humble gentleman who will have a friendly conversation with the guest making them feel comfortable. The location of this property is great. Best property in Manori for families and friends to visit. It would be great if they can make it more budget friendly for family guests. Winter and rainy seasons are the best times to visit this place to enjoy the weather, in summer it gets too hot in the afternoons and evenings can be without breeze but still better than the afternoons. For summer ac rooms are recommended and for winter and rainy the tree house will be great option.

Location is great. Lunch served was good but dinner was average. The kitchen staff and ladies room service staff to check amenities were polite. The front desk needs some serious training on hospitality. One of the staff whom I questioned on no room service policy was impolite and seemed unprofessional in answering my queries. The property has a good vibe but it lacks in basic amenities provision for the price they charge. Their menu needs upgrading too.

Worthless place at the cost of 5star hotel. I am a very adjusting person, but felt like a fool at every step of my stay over here. This is my first bad review for any resorts I've stayed at. 1) Kitchen staff: To start with, even the waitress here were rude because we ordered 10mins late and when i complimented the food, in return she asked me to order early for dinner. She didn't even serve water. 2) Reception: The receptionist was least bothered and didn't even ask for any documents for us for booking, this is very serious safety concern. 3) Service: It's absolutely pathetic, when you pay 7500 for rooms and you've to carry your food plates to your room and back to kitchen as they don't provide room service. 4) Rooms: Old rooms with no proper blankets and to add on, the flush stopped working after a while. Even the water is not hot when you turn on the geyser. I paid for sea facing cottage, but sea is visible only after you open the door. No sea view windows. 5) Security staff: while checking out, there was no one at the gate, so I had to step out of my car to open the gate and then leave 6) Safety: To top it all, My one shoe was missing in the morning as some dog must have taken it at night.

Worst receptionist. She has no manners and she is very lousy. Some staff needed hospitality training and the food was just BAD. The fish curry was stale with tomato puree for 800rs. If these few aspects are taken care of this place will be a great hit. The room costs are high. Otherwise the location is great and the property is amazing! If want to have good food.. rather go on a walk outside there are many good local places serving cheap and tasty food

Excellent spot. Bit interior and difficult to find, but once you are there, you will realize that you are no longer in Mumbai. Beautiful.
