Hi Everyone. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent visit at your resort. I made a booking through an online app for a specific date, but upon arrival, I was informed that the resort had made an offline booking for someone else at a higher rate. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply unsettling. When I inquired about the reason for this mix-up, the staff's response was far from satisfactory. They were not only unhelpful but also displayed a lack of politeness in their attitude. Furthermore, when I mentioned that I would leave a review to share my experience, I was taken aback by their response. They mentioned that they would label me and other guests as abusers if we dared to provide honest feedback. As someone who has been in the F&B business for three years, I understand the importance of good customer service and transparency in the hospitality industry. My experience at your resort has been a stark contrast to what I would expect from a reputable establishment. I strongly believe that constructive feedback is essential for businesses to improve and provide better service. Therefore, I implore you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate actions to prevent such situations in the future. I hope that this unfortunate experience can serve as an opportunity for improvement in your resort's operations and customer service.

Since I don't have option to select no star, I have given 1 rating. Really a bad experience ever. Nothing, not a single thing is good here. Only and only disappointment. All staffs are drunk and don't have manners to talk with their customers. Even if the booking is full they will still take payment from others and keep them waiting for 2-3 hrs. And then they will tell us to adjust in small room. We were 2 families and they gave us only 1 room that too outside resort. No hot water, doors remained open as there is no lock facility from inside, if u want to go out they don't provide lock so 1 person has to be always near your room. My room number was 118. Moreover Condom packets were there on bed when we checked in can u imagine..huuh. Revised rating : Room : -5 Food : 2 (it was ok) Swimming pool : -5 (U can see people drinking in pool, spitting and etc etc) Staff : -1 I think the owner of this property should look into this matter seriously.

Very horrible experience. The people on the counter itself are drunk, don't have manners to talk. They had charged us advance for booking, but rooms were so dirty, unhygienic, bedsheets & towels had stains. They didn't even refund our money, the pics shown to us and the room they were actually giving us was so different , they didn't had beds for dormitory room and rooms were small. Highly disappointed Didn't want to give a single star also

Very poor and 3rd class the swimming pool is very darty and there staff is also not good their behaviour was not good and the room is so darty n uncleand i suggest toh very one don,t go in manori resort

3rd class service. Reception team will not accept your booking from oyo in weekends. Even if you have did full payment. They will do gudagiri and tell that rooms are not available. But will give to there preferred people. They don't even know to handle the customers and talk to them politely. Refund also they deny. And ask extra money if you need rooms. Which will go their pocket. DO NOT VISIT THIS PROPERTY. Irresponsible TEAM MANGEMENT.

Room service is worst. Room service no. which is provided is always switch off if you call. Rooms are not upto the mark as per the rates. Tv was not working properly. For linen they were not providing properly. They have buffet system but sweet dish was not provided. And table and chairs were not properly arrange for eating. In toilets shower is not there and all taps were slightly leaking.

Pathetic experience , no proper service given from the staff , shortage of toiletries, had to request the staff for extra blankets and pillows 3-4 times, Rooms not clean, cockroaches all over the rooms and washroom. Dirty pool. Only thing that made us stay back till next day was the food and beach behind their property.

The rooms r shabby but the location is osum. They allow the guests to play the music by the pool. Also the food is good. Don't look for hygiene around the rooms and at the pool.. rest go and enjoy with ur friends.. by the pool.
