This place is not only a sweet house but it also serves vegetarian food WITHOUT ONION AND GARLIC. We had tried Shahi paneer, chilli paneer, tandoori rotis and mix veg pulav. The mix veg pulav was good while the others lacked seasoning. One can definitely try this place especially during Navratri and other days of the year when you aren't allowed to have onion garlic.

Manoranjan Sweet House is near Lucknow Charbagh Railway Station, it is a great restaurant. Here you will get sweets, apart from this you also get breakfast dinner lunch at an affordable price. If you are near the railway station, then you must taste it once.

Indian food is like classical music raga ! Spoiler alert this place serves purely vegetarian Food, in lucknow. We ordered-: Dry fruit loaded lassi Special Delux Thali Assorted box of sweets Rasmalai From Manoranjan Sweet House. Dry fruit Loaded lassi was quite satisfying Even their thali is very appropriate for one or two people easily and is quite economically priced too just at 220/- rupees.

It's been 19 years that I am here. You are visiting Lucknow and not having your meal at Manoranjan is like you are missing something on your itinerary. My all time favorites are dal makhni, tandoori roti and Gajar ka achaar. Quality of service degraded now but food is still awesome which take you back to your old days. Nowadays the servers serving you are so rude that they even don't take you seriously and don't bother to serve you as per your choice. Bad experience this time however giving 4 star as per old experience with the joint. This is a must place for food when you are visiting Lucknow.

Instead of the traditional bhature, they serve Soji Bhature, which had a unique taste and texture. The Chole were undeniably spicy, adding an exciting kick to the meal. While this unconventional take on a classic dish was enjoyable, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. Nonetheless, if you're open to trying something different and appreciate a spicy twist, Manoranjan Sweets' Chole Bhature is worth a visit.
