Worst hotel. they tell you some price in starting and ask something else while checkout. Food is also not good. Not rescommended
Worst hotel ever seen. Worst service. Management is not good. Rest room was a Public Toilet. Even after we planned and told a day before check out Bill is not ready. Nothing is on time. I suggest pls dont choose even if u dnt have any option.
The location of this hotel was convenient for travellers coming from The Nepal border, as a short stop over in Gorakphur on our way to Varanasi. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, room air conditioned with plenty of lights and plug ins to charge our electronics. The bathroom was functional but as you expect for the price. The owner of the hotel and restaurant also owns a delicious smelling bakery on the ground floor and was kind enough to let us try different sweets native to India. Although most of the staff do not speak English, the owner does and he was very helpful in our needs. If you are looking for a good budget hotel, look no further, this is you're place!
The area looks shabby and unsafe in night, finding a conveyance to this place in night is difficult and costs 2-3x of normal fare. It is located in railway outer side near to railway line and you can hear train horn in the room. Bathroom size is too small that you will have to bath above the toilet console. Last order for dinner is taken at 10 PM, and there are no other options of food around this place. Their own Food menu is too expensive. Room entry is keyless and card less and opens with a common password, so that anybody can open any room and enter. DJ party for marriage/ birthdays going in adjacent properties are so loud and run till 1 AM, so that you can not sleep in hotel room. So avoid completely in wedding seasons if you can not sleep in loud dj.
Restaurant service is very bad we ordered food on table , After 60 min we get the food.
Located around 700 m from Dharamsala, Gorakhpur, rooms and services are up to the mark. Services are really fast. It's only problem is a ralline passes beside the hotel. Sometimes the train horn bothers a lot. The Oyo rooms are in second floor. The loud noise of music of the hookah bar may disturb the early sleepers.
Well Loacted, neat and clean rooms. Food quality was good. Well behaved staff. Overall good experience Only thing missing was laundry.
The rooms are very comfortable and service also very satisfactory. Location is also good every major place in Gorakhpur is not so far from hotel.
