Service quality is excellent and doctor, nurse or other staff behaviour is helpful .. specially some aged nurse and outside west bengal nurse behaviour is so much polite and humble, they treat us like family members. Hospital cleaning and hygiene is remarkable but shoud control mosquito , I suggest every windows should cover with mosquito net. Thank you

Worst nursing home. Unexpericed doctors are available here. They chraged huge ammount of money. ICU facility is very poor. My grandfather died bcz of their carelessness. They take too much time to discharge even they know well they can't treat him what he need. they took 6 hours to discharge my grand father And we lost him . when we shifted him another hospital they don't help us . completely cheated hospital. I request others.. plz don't come here If you love your famlily members. Completely cheated hospital & management.

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and concerned I am after my recent experience at Manorama Hospitex Pvt Ltd. Despite the absence of emergency conditions as indicated by the ABG report, they chose to place a baby patient on ventilation. Even more shockingly, there was a glaring oversight as the baby was given an overdose of oxygen due to negligence in monitoring. It's distressing to see that the hospital failed to provide a proper observation report, which further underscores the lack of accountability and transparency.I strongly urge everyone to reconsider before seeking treatment here, especially if the well-being and life of your loved ones is your priority. Your trust and safety should never be compromised.

They have some system issue maybe. Pateint have to wait for 2-3 hours for usg. They don't even want to listen the problem. Some of the stuffs behaviour is very rude

Unprofessional staffs.. Never prepare Test reports on time. Even if you get reports, they are full of inaccuracy. Also they never respond to emergency phone calls properly.

Stuffs are very rude and unhelpful. You have to remove your shoes out side but that's not the problem. But my shoe had stolen that is the problem. And they should recruit more doctors. It only looks good from outside.

The infrastructure and equipments they have is praiseworthy. Even the reports are ok,no issues with them. Initially, known as Manorama Ultrascan Pvt. Ltd., now Manorama Hospitex, sort of a hospital having emergency services. However, the behaviour of the staffs could have been much much better. They are not properly trained or groomed on how to treat their clients / customers. Manorama Hospitex authorities must look after their staff's behaviour and make a serious note on weird and rude staff as it would tarnish the image of such a nice medical care facility.

One of the good hospitals in our Nadia district which serves various needs under one roof. I found the doctor very caring and concerned which was worth the bill. Most of the nurses were caring and some just did it as a job. Would recommend more love from those that just did it as a job. Billing team can do better by giving customers certain discounts instead of squeezing out every penny possible from unwarranted charges. This will help generating goodwill and therefore increased business by repeat customers and word of mouth publicity. Cleanliness was very good and that was one of the big positives of this hospital. Overall I am happy with the services and would be happy to recommend others.
