Best diagnostic centre I have visited in West Bengal.. I went there for OPG X Ray.. Anyone can go there for USG, CT SCAN, X-RAY and many services they are offering The service was really very quick good Ground staffs are really very polite. Neat and clean..

I have given 2 stars due to the lady radiologist Dr. she doesn't have the scene of reporting. I have done USG l/a not only she has done the report bad but also she doesn't have any idea about mannerism. She has not mentioned the organs size, shape properly even missed the kidneys part too

Very poor Scense of timing, no proper guidance in the time of billing for USG . Do not entertain in phone just misguided about timing from reception . Very bad comunication and rude behaviour from reception on Sunday. I am very disappointed

The ground floor has AC while the first floor does not have any . Service is more or less good compared to other such diagnostic centres around.

Good service quality. Most of the machines are imported. Good quality machines are used. Best doctors are available. A bit rush is there which is a good sign, as it indicates that many people have faith and they came back here as they got good result. No doubt best diagnostic in this area.

Fully AC, well maintained, lots of imported digital machine, for two wheeler lots of parking place. But receptionists are too old, thems attitude is too poor. They don't know how to talk politely with customer. Only receptionists are can take 'customer for next time'.

Worst management service. No line system. Waited more than 2 hours for scan of a pregnant woman. Worst service ever with high price from market.
