Pathetic on commitment. No sense of customer timing. Waiting period too long.

I purchased four car tyres from this shop recently. One MRF tyre turns out to be defective, so I gave it back to the shop for warranty. They promised to exchange it within 14 days. Now it has been more than 2 months and neither they are returning my tyre nor they have replaced it. They are not taking my calls. Whenever I visit the shop, the owner promise me to return the tyre next Saturday. But that "next Saturday" has never come. Upon asing local drivers, I came to know that this is a very common practice in the shop. I don't know what do they do with the defective tyres. Anyway, I am planning to take legal action against them.

You get wide variety of option tyre, engine oil and other related motor bike and car. The price is quite competition according to the surroundings as well as online. I brought ceat gripp x3 80-100/18 tubeless in Rs.1600. Also they offer Castol semi-sinthetic engine oil for Rs.360, which is quite reasonable. Also you get variety of payment option. Also stuff and owner behaviour is good. Only con, they did not offer tyre change facilities there, you have to go near any machanic for the job done. But you did not have to worry as you get wide no of mechanical shop to fit tyre in your bike as well as car. So, go there and talk with them. If they asked for high price, you can compare from others.
