Visited the Dr. Kiruba Shankar recently for my son Shashvath Hearing loss. He diagnosed the root cause correctly and provided correct treatment for him. Very well Experienced, knowledgeable and helpful ENT surgeons. Especially he is very smart in diagnosis the problem for patients. I visited lot of doctors but even they are unable to find the root causes. I strongly recommend and must go Person to anyone facing ENT problems. I am so Thankful to Dr. Kiruba Shankar.
Visited the Doctor recently for ear ache. He used advanced equipment to clean the ear wax in no time. The procedure was extremely painful and he spoke kindly throughout the treatment. When I asked for frequent breaks during the procedure, he stopped and let me take breaths before continuing. He understood consent well which helped reduce my anxiety. Please note that he charges Rs 500 (consultation + wax removal) but we are not just paying the doctor fee but also for his experience, skill, and the equipment he uses. He has also mentioned rates for different procedures in his business site and is quite transparent.
I know Dr.Kiruba Shankar for nearly 20yrs now. He is a very well experienced and knowledgeable ENT surgeons in Chennai. Having studied from a premiere institute and subsequent training at AIIMS Delhi his diagnosis is precise and his surgical skills are exemplary. Most importantly he customises treatment option to each patient and discusses with them what best will suit them. very rare to find such a combination of profound surgical skills, diagnostic ability and empathy towards patient. Definitely a must-go person for any ENT, Head and Neck and Skull Base related diseases.
He is an awesome doctor for patients with ear,nose and throat issues. He diagnose the root cause correctly and provide valid suggestions and medicines. He is lot better than other chennai doctors( including the ones in KKR ENT hospitals) ...
I went with my child (he always scared to go to doctors), but the ENT doctor dealt with this case as an uncle to him, doctor raised my son's confidence and my son sit calmly and quitely till the procedure. if it is not by procedure it may take one month to cure the probs. Good approach..
