Rating: 2 out of 5 stars I recently stayed at The Mannat II Boys Hostel which offers 12 rooms, with each floor having 4 rooms. While my experience had its ups and downs, there were certain aspects that need improvement. Let's start with the facilities. The hostel provides cold water only, which is inconvenient, especially during the colder months. The option for hot water is available but comes at an additional cost, which might be a drawback for some. Moreover, the lack of water filters could be problematic for those who prefer filtered water. The hostel also has additional expenses for electricity, with a fixed monthly payment of Rs200 and a charge of Rs10 per unit thereafter. This can be a burden for residents who consume more electricity. One major concern is the cleanliness of the washrooms. Despite the presence of a maid who comes every alternate day, the washrooms are not cleaned thoroughly. This inconsistency in cleanliness standards can be frustrating for residents who expect hygienic facilities. Furthermore, the responsiveness of the hostel manager leaves much to be desired. It seems that the manager does not promptly address issues such as malfunctioning taps or cisterns in the washrooms. This lack of attention to maintenance and repairs can be a significant inconvenience for residents. The rent of Rs4000 per room is not reasonable considering the facilities provided even they Are only 12 Sq Yard. However, it is worth noting that additional expenses for electricity and furniture like tables, washroom buckets, and mugs add to the overall cost. In conclusion, the Boys Hostel offers an average experience with room for improvement. While lack of filtered water, inconsistent washroom cleanliness, and unresponsiveness of the manager are notable drawbacks. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall experience for residents.

Medium sized rooms with bed- mattress, fan, mini cooler, attached toilet-bathroom(inc. wash basin), chair, four book shelf, bike parking, cool water purifier, good ventilated rooms nd bathrooms,etc

Good hostel with all needed facilities like cooler, fan, 24 hours electricity and water supply, parking etc.

I lived here. Hostel owner mr.zubair is very humble and kind person

A place which seems like home. Students get all basic facilities like bedding,electrcity,water supply including basement parking

Please for sharing for single price are too high at respective location

This is boys hostel where is no boundation for outgoing and coming. Cooler,fans, lights for 24 hours.
