Cleanliness - It's a very well maintained lodge, the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean. I had visited this place with kids, and the cleanliness is something that I was very very impressed about. The staff are friendly and informative. Food - They provide room service from their restuarant, the food is decent and so are their prices. Parking- They have a gated ground just a minute away from the lodge, they keep it locked however the security is always around to help you access it. The parking area as a CCTV coverage. Great place when you have families/kids tagged along. Prices are decent.

Firstly they've given wrong information about their hotel. The rooms shown are nothing like the rooms you get there. The place is just about ok. The staff is helpful but if the room isn't worth staying nothing matters! We went at Dussehra time so everything was full, we ended up paying 5k plus change for rooms which weren't worth 2k either! Very basic and the less said about the washroom the better! The taps were broken, the shower place is very narrow! Breakfast wasn't included even though we were paying 5k plus for these rooms. However they also have a hotel right next to them which serves breakfast etc and was ok. They do have a parking lot at the back so parking wasn't a problem as such. It's on the city centre so there were a good many shops right next to the hotel.

Everything in this hotel is excellent. Check-in was very smooth. Manager is very courteous. He showed us all the three rooms available. we selected one. They hv more staffs for service. They did a good job and very very quick. Food in the restaurant is good. Evening chat items are very tasty and mouth lickering. Nice location. very good and safety parking. 24 hours hotwater available. Room size is little bit small for 3 adults and 2 kids. we enjoyed the stay thoroughly.. Thanks for go ibibo.

Located in center of city, good parking space nearby which is secured and under surveillance. Rooms are very small, more of budget category the bed is compact for two people with one small kid. Not worth 2500 per night. The same room was being offered the day before the check in at Rs.1,098 on makemytrip whereas booking a week advance they charge 2500. Bad pricing by the hotel. And definitely avoid the restaurant, service is slow. There are better options nearby.

Very good safe secure stay. I stayed with family and was very good. Good service and quality. Value for money.

Tbh, cons: the rooms are very small. You would want bigger rooms after paying 2500 for a night. Secondly, we had to take bath at 6 am in the morning but there was no hot water available. I booked this property based on ratings only. Thirdly, after we reached back after sightseeing, there were small cockroaches on the bed. I have never been to a hotel room with cockroaches inside it. Overall, I was disappointed. Pros: location is apt. All the tourist places and markets are nearby. Service is good and quick. Food is also good. We asked for housekeeping on our 2nd day, it was quick. As a family, I and my mom were a little disappointed with the size of the rooms and of course, cockroaches.

Very well maintained room, neat and clean. Easily accessible location. Good Service. We are happy with our stay in Mannars.
