They have worst parcel service. Very irresponsible staff. I was in need to get parcel on urgent basis, I paid 500 rs extra than transport services cost. They took 4 days to deliver parcel which was supposed to be delivered by next day. I paid extra transportation charges from dadar to sion , still irresponsible behaviour from Suraj Shilkar. I got parcel after 4 days with extra loss of 1000 rs Irresponsible staff Sion branch Mr. Suraj Shilkar
Good place I have used as waiting area. However when I visited at night around 10pm there was no washroom facility available for males. They literally had to pee in an adjusting open area. Kindly provide washroom facility for both genders. Thank you
This Manmandir Complex is basically a good idea to provide one stop solution to traveller from Aurangabad city.. There is restaurant, Travel agency, Private Bus Stop, Lodging, Courier service, cargo booking, Wash rooms, snacks and other stuff shop, waiting rooms....So this is comfortable place. We used Travel service by Sainy Travel.. Good service. Also before boarding we have had dinner in restaurant. Which offers veg food. Good and hygienic food at normal cost is enjoyable.
For new comers this is best place in Aurangabad .... Here you can get all services under one roof ... Like best deals for Ajanta n Ellora trip packages ,clock room, parcel n courier service , hospitality service , air ticket booking , bus booking for Indore , nagpur , Amaravati, mumbai , pune , latur etc , restrooms, pantry for snacks n tea n coffee , ISD STD calling, Phone charging , function hall , .... This is hotel just about the place where your bus stops. We you really need to travel a bit. A bit costly but yes, beautiful place to stay. Breakfast should come complimentary at this price. Breakfast in room is a bit costly. Staff is co-operative.

I just Visited this Hotel today.After dinner asked the so called Managerial staff for Suggestion book and then for a complaint register to write my views on the quality of lemon coriander soup which they served, the staff simply replied saying we don't keep such type of nonsence books/register. A very unprofessional approach by the staff, management should look into this if they really don't have a complaint register. Quality of food was good.
