For those who are considering joining for the MBBS course, this is one of the best colleges good for its academics. The teachers here are dedicated and excellent,they engage their classes well. There are regular internal exams and evaluation and the college meticulously maintains the attendance and marks records. There may be some dearth of clinical practice in later years but for a UG course, that does not matter much.

Me and my friend went to manjeri medical College hospital for vaccination . He takes Cowaxin .we reached there at 9:30 am . When there is a little people on queue.all keep face mask. Hospital was has good fecility to vaccination .

Government Medical College, Manjeri is the sixth government medical college under the Government of Kerala , inaugurated on 1 September 2013 by Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The college, is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), and has 500 beds and 12 operation theatres with an intake of 110 students for MBBS every year. The first medical college in the government sector in the State in 31 years, is a fulfillment of a long-cherished dream of the largest populated district in the Kerala state.

There are 2 kinds of people who search for manjeri medical college, I will be giving a review for both sides 1. People searching for the hospital for treatment needs etc. Here things you need to know, Manjeri medical college is almost a newly recognised college(only about 10 years which is very less compared to others) and has currently many infrastructural deficiency. Like sophisticated instrument availability, some treatments are YET available. Other major issue is the unavailability of faculties which is increased over the past few months. But keeping that aside in my opinion it one of fastest developing hospitals so far. More modern facilities are becoming available each year and I believe it won't take long until it reaches its full potential. 2.Now the 2nd type of people are the young students who have either got enlisted for the MBBS course or are thinking of opting to manjeri medical college. Keeping the hospital matters aside I opinion I love my college, yes it's a bit rough around the edges but the academic infrastructure is pretty good. The first year lecture halls are Full AC, We have a large reading room, a dedicated library. Brand New hostel buildings are almost complete. We do have ground but it needs some work for there are several other ground nearby. And the vibe, there is always a cold breeze hitting in the evening in front of college and it's the best place to chill with your friends (we call it the portico). Apart from mess food, the food in manjeri is awesome The only in my opinion I faced was lack of faculty that's all. People say manjeri is crooked place so be careful. But in past 3 to 4 years I have spent here I haven't ever experienced such thing. Yes there is are issues regarding boys and girls being together outside(which I personally haven't faced). But inside the campus no one really cares. And again this is just my humble opinion.Others might have a different view point and I respect them as well.
