Nice place to visit and stay for weekend parties, Birthday parties. Good place for staying. Buffet was nice and lunch and dinner was available. Spacious parking facility for both car and bike. Good service . Food was costly here but taste is not upto mark . They will take so much of time for order . Only breakfast was nice, if you order particular one dish they will ruin it and they will charge more amount.

Very poor room service. Only curd rice available in night menu. Housekeeping doesn't prepare the room properly. You have to ask for everything be it toiletries, slippers and they may or may not respond to that based on their mood. Absolute ZERO for hospitality and consumer experience.

A nice place not too far from the Highway yet nestled amidst the conveniences of the Rajahmundry city. Reasonable place to stay for a night or two if you are visiting or just passing through. Has a fully functioning gym and a lovely pool guests can use. Pool is not too private as the crowd visiting their inhouse bar prefer the pool side seating. Only complaint if any is the breakfast buffet is not all that great (even with basic stuff like idlis), there are better options in the Rajahmundry city.

Service at Flavour needs to be more professional. Many a times , the empty bowls takes almost 10 minutes to be replaced both for main food items, and assorted items. Also , some more hands needs to be there, specially on Saturday/Sunday's. No of vegetarian food items in buffet shall be increased

Wonder what makes them claim a 5 star property. No 5 star ambiance inside the property building, no cleanliness, no trained staff, no five star basic amenities. Booked a river view double occupancy room. Was allotted room with normal view. Room had I glass bottle weighing about 2 kgs with water filled manually. Asked for bottled mineral water, which first sent 1 500ml bottle and when asked whether it will be enough for 2 persons sent 3 more 500ml bottles. Toilet had just 1 bathing towel, 1 face towel.No shower cap. Toilet exhaust were not functioning properly. On complaint the technical person came and said exhaust fan speed has to increased which was not done. Bed mattress were spring mattress not at all comfortable. Tea coffee refills were enough only for 1 person. Only one drinking water glass was there. Had to ask for more refills. Waiter said first they ready the room for 1 guest only. Tea cups were not cleaned properly. Most of the staff could converse in just the local language. Had to request for most of the basic requirements. Disappointed booking this hotel with the SAROVAR tag.

I gave my car to the valet and he left the lights on which drained car's battery completely, their staff did some Jugad and experimented with my car rather than calling a mechanic. I had to stay under the sun for an hour which gave me a headache and after going back to room and called the reception for house keeping, some water and coffee, I had to wait 2 more hours, then call again and wait 30 more minutes to get some water and housekeeping. Coffee never arrived. All this happened after they killed my battery and made me wait under sun, I was nothing but patient and understanding with them but I received this in return. They don't even provide you with drinking water! Food arrived cold everytime I ordered, it's about the lack of empathy and business ethics that disappointed me. Hotel is very clean though, as it's relatively new, that's the only saving grace. Please don't give your car to the valet, they are not professionals, don't ruin your vehicle and your peace of mind Update: I received a call from their GM Mr Akesh Bhatnagar and this is what I expected from the staff that day, he was polite, upfront and genuinely apologised, I take my first stay as a stray incident and hopefully revisit them and see if the service improved... I care more about cleanliness than service and bedroom&washroom are pretty clean. Thanks for the e-mail and the call, will definitely revisit Update: Visited this hotel again and service is just as worst as it was. Food came late and cold, had to call twice or even thrice for anything to be done, last time atleast room was good, but now the products they use are of very cheap quality, we had to pay for food on the spot even when asked them to add it to the end bill, it was very inconvenient and an unnecessary disturbance. Am done with this hotel, never had any of these problems with any other 5 stared hotels, I don't think this hotel deserves that tag

Rooms are good. Location in the main area. Complimentary breakfast is very very good and lots of items they given.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It's a nice place to stay. The food is good.
