Nice residential community though a small one. Villas are good but not great as internal design is not great with kitchen and balcony not very spacious.

This is a Gated Community with around 40 Villas. A nice small place with almost all amenities.
The construction quality is bad. My close family friends have a house there. They had a terrible experience of leaking walls, flooded floors. It took them more than 6 months to clear their problems.
In the recent rains too, one side of the compound wall fell down and heavy water flow flooded most of this place.
Visited my relatives place. They brought a villa recently here. Good, but not great. Spl. the construction work going behind the villas make you loose sleep for another 2 to 3 years.
