A wonderful place to visit during sunrise and sunset. It needs only a short climb. You will have a mind blowing view of karappuzha dam. Also there are a couple of beautiful quarries. You can rest on the hilltop enjoying the wind. PS: It's hot during the rest of the day.

It takes about 30 minutes to finish the relatively short climb to the lookout. There are numerous views throughout the route where you may pause to rest and take in the scenery, and the trail is well-maintained. Although the view is accessible at all times, early in the morning or late in the evening are the finest times to go. It's an old quarry that serves as a hiking trail now. There aren't any facilities on the top so better to carry a water bottle and take care of the trash and make sure to leave the place better than before.
Loved this place. Happen to see a beautiful rock from a distance. Kept riding towards it. It's just beautiful in its own way. Bikers can certainly ride and enjoy some crazy off roading stuff. You get to see a beautiful view of some water bodies too
A beautiful part of Karapuzha Dam can be seen from here
Incredible beautiful views from the left ridge of the quarry. Perfect for sunset but be careful about lightening strike during monsoon as it is one of yhe higher grounds in Wayanad
A very good point as you can visit it for sunrise or sunset and very good for walking..superb view.
We went to Manjapara from Sulthanbetheri.. it is a quick access easy trek spot.. the cloud bed gave us a breathe taking views and background for lovely photos All age groups can reach the hill top.. if you visit at sunrise, you may able to see cloud bed at one side and sunrise at another side.. from hill top you can see other famous hills in wayanad when the sky is clear.. found few beer bottles and ashes on the hill top.. recommend to visit in groups..its a must visit when you are in Wayanad But sadly it is underrated and not so popular.. let is stay that way so that it remains beautiful and a gem
