Very small place (complex) to seat all the waiting passengers, few chairs are laid outside to accommodate them. Staff are friendly, will guide passengers to board the respective bus. Did I mention a 1947 old air cooler inside the room!? Don't think about its condition & efficiency, it just works

busses running are too old, heavy dust on seats and sleepers, bus too broke down on the way bus driver some how managed to bring till jagdalpur in a very risk bcz the steering box was jam, and had to shift to another bus at 5 o clock in the early morning.
You can find luxury sleeper and seating buses for different locations. But the amenities provided are not at par with the other bus service operaters.
