Hands down, best choice I've made by joining "MANIS KINGSWAY". AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! Especially the trainer here Dr Manikandan is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Your training time goes super fast and you will really enjoy doing it. Mani master is such a good trainer!!! Can give 10/5 also if possible!! Safety for ladies is good and completely hygienic!!! Personal training is completely customised!! Day by day classes are totally different and group classes are completely effective. Kids training is also completely monitored!!! Thursday is cardio and Saturday is squats classes and it's a group class which is very effective! TRY IT FEEL IT KINGS WAY!!! DO VISIT ONCE
