Very much recomended in Colaba. Staff were ever ready to serve. Nice, cosy and clean rooms. Food in the dinuig hall was the best after jet lag. relaxing atmosphere and not far from any shopping area. The reception staff accomodated all our requests to make us comfortable.
Decent place to stay for the night. It's located right next to the main road, we can see all the tea plantations from the rooftop. There's hot water available 24x7 from a geyser. Rooms are cozy and nice. Recommended.
Very bad atmosphere. no hygiene dirty room.. Very bad smell in the room... Way to the room is narrow with smelly ditches on both sides. rooms are located in the slum area. We booked online and paid Rs1000 in advance but it is the worst place with family we cancelled booking but they didnt refund the advance amount and their behaviour was very rude. So never book online they scam you not appropriate for families... (Date of booking was 18.06.23)

It was a worst experience.There is a lot of distance between the adjacent rooms. Rooms are not very clean. If you pay the money in advance, if you don't like the room, the money will not be refunded. Customer service is not very good. The room shown in the picture is a non-connected with the original rooms. It is not good to stay with family.
It was the worst experience I ever had. Bathroom was a hell.there was a big open window without door . When we complained,their behaviour was very bad. There was no such a thing like full refund. I'm giving 1 star instead of zero as it is the lowest rating here.

Fraud peoples, this rooms is in a slum and dirty atmosphere booked 3 rooms for family, when reached the property 3 rooms are in 3 areas and all the rooms cleanless and unbhygenic septic waste are beside rooms also toilets are not cleaned.

We had a good experience at this home stay.. We have stayed with 16 people. The atmosphere is good.. Well maintained rooms.. They have a kitchen facility also available. If u need to cook u can do it.
We stayed in the superior room on the first floor for 2 days, the room was neat & clean, basic toiletries were provided & the best thing was the view from the balcony, it was amazing, we spent most of our time here admiring the senic view. Breakfast
