Not Recommended...waste of money and time...they will not approve any cashless payment to the hospital and they will request us to proceed with reimbursement which will make more difficult procedures and filling complicated forms etc.....Also their investigating agents are trying to make the report to rejecting the claim. The investigating agents will record your voice while talking to you without permission and trying to get some reason to reject the claim....Not recommended...very bad insurance service...

Vera bad experience .They will reject our claims for no reasons. Also premium amount is very high .cheating....

The worst insurance company. To be honest, pass on this. My mother underwent surgery and was covered by this company's insurance; however, the doctor released her by 10 am, and the insurance company didn't give its approval until 7 pm. In addition, the customer service is negligent. The amount total was comparatively very low as that was a small surgery. I will never recommend this company as they don't have any customer service. They grab our money and will never respond to our query. I would give zero star for them.

The worst customer service and insurance company . The way they deal with customers are really pathetic. My mom went for a minor surgery on a comparatively smaller amount , and the company is not ready to cover saying some out of sense reasons . They grab our money and provide 0 service . This is really a serious issue which need to be addressed as company like manipalCigna trying to fiddle people by taking their money for providing nothing . Manipal Cigna health insurance one of the waste insurance.those people wants only premium after that no any responsible. I am take this insurance 2015 insured 5 Lakhs cashless police my first claimed in 2022.Lisie Hospital ernakulam hospital sent to the mail massist. no reply. No one take this police pls.
