Waste of money. As a customer you are like a king before payment. Once you paid the money, you are like a begger. No professionalism. No followup. I cancelled the health insurance policy. now 12 days over, till today I didn't get the money. The pre- check interview is not done by a knowledgeable person. Will never recommend Manipal Cigna health insurance to any one. They will cheat you. Better to opt some other company. They will also sent false promising emails and messages. Highly disappointed
