I went here with my Family and in short, the stay was very comfortable. The people in the reception were nice and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean and the quality of interiors is great. The location is also ideal as it's within 2-5km to everything important in Udupi. We booked via MakeMyTrip and were able to save some money too. Overall we enjoyed and would stay here again.
Stayed here for a night for business, the rooms were surprisingly good however the service and courtesy of the hotel staff just sucks! Paid INR 6,000 for a suite room, stayed for a night. Apparently there were stains on the quilt and bedsheet for which I was charged a hefty cost of INR 3,000!! The stain was absolutely minimal and could have been cleaned off with a gentle cold water wash but no, the management just wants to mint a lot of cash by overcharging the customers stating the the entire thing will have to be replaced. I've travelled to a lot of places with stays ranging from 3 star to 4 star hotels but nowhere up until now I've come across a situation where I've been ripped off for a tiny stain! Absolutely disappointed

Pathetic room service. Rooms are spacious and the location is easy asscebile, good reception staffs. but the room service they are providing is so pathetic. We have asked for room cleaning but they told that since it is only one night stay they can't clean the room. Also on the booking receipt they have mentioned that check out time in 2PM but they have asked to check out by 11 AM Overpriced!! Not at all worth for the money you're paying.
A decent luxury hotel in udupi... Well maintained clean rooms with well mannered and courteous hotel staff... Also very good food menu and various restaurant options... Overall a good value for your money... The only downside is the slight confusing hotel lobby layout...But not a major problem if you figure it out...!!!
Room is Spacious and good, but the maintenance of the property has gone down. Bedspreads has stains and had to request for changing the sheets.
