Worst hospital I ever been to. I took my dad to this hospital for an emergency. Emergency room experience was good. Doctors and nurses were really good and professional. But when I was waiting outside in the lobby, there was blood spilled on the floor and it was there for almost an hour. I don't expect this from such a big organization where a fresh flood was spilled and it was cleaned after I asked someone to clean it. My dad got shifted to Day Care room and the cleanliness and condition of the equipment was terrible, the trolley my dad was using to eat food was rusted and couldn't even move because the wheels were jammed. The table which was next to my dad's bed had blood marks which again shows the poor cleanliness of this hospital. Next day, I went to the hospital to get the discharge, and it took almost 5 hrs to get it. Which I feel is such a waste of time and this shows how poor the management is. They also have a board which tells you how much time it will take to get discharged depending on if it's cash or insurance, which I understand because the insurance company needs to approve the bill amount. But my insurance company gave the approval within an hour. And the extra 4 hrs I spent there was because they don't have enough manpower to handle the billing section. Finally, When I was going thro the final bill, I found FAKE charges of around Rs. 3000 were added in the bill. Which was shocking for me. When asked the billing person about these charges, he called the concerned department and confirmed that those were unwanted charges added to the bill. I feel this hospital is SCAMMING people with all those fake charges and looting their patients. Again, I would like to say the Doctors and nurses staff was really good, helpful, professional and kind. But the management, cleanliness is a big concern for me.

Hospital is great, expensive but great. Doctor Debasish Majumder is extremely polite and a great ENT doctor/surgeon. The OT staff is great. Other services/staff, however, are pathetic. I paid I guess 10k for single room (forgot the exact amount) and yet you have to pay for even the most basic things like water. There's no respect for the attender. The patient is treated well but someone who is with the patient is completely ignored. I mean the attender will at least require a pillow and bedsheet to lie down. After 4 requests and a complaint a pillow and a bedsheet was provided for the attender. It took them 6 hours to provide a pillow and a bedsheet. The discharge process is the slowest that I have ever come across. To be honest the doctor visited and approved discharge at 10 am and the discharge happened at 4 pm. The staff took 4 hours to send the final bill to the insurance. I called insurance and within 20 minutes they approved the final bill. By 2 o'clock the insurance approval came and after that also 2 more hours I had to stay in the hospital.

Worst experience with Dr.Laxmi Padmanabhan while doing Anomaly scan. She behaves soo rudely with pregnant women . and soo arrogantly speeking . we never face this kind of behaviuor in normal hospital also but here this is corporate hospital this woman is behaving like this, its strange. in future if she still there in the hospital i recommend my friends never ever take scanning with this Dr.Laxmi Padmanabhan

I recently got a surgery done here. Doctor Praveen CR was excellent at his work. Nursing staff in operation theater and one's assigned in the room were exceptionally good. Great hospitality and care was taken from doctors to nurses to assistance and cleaning staff. There was a time that I was alone for couple hours post operation, but I was taken good care of. Very neat and good hospitality. I would recommend Dr. Praveen C R who is a general surgeon.

All the services are perfectly fine the staff here are really good and friendly . Dr. Rajesh from ortho team is really good and gives overall knowledge about the diagnosis . We were in ward and the sisters are really polit and helped us marina , yashoda Bindu , to name few . The gda staff ajijul Manju and others are good . The patient experience team is so good that we knew whom to talk to when in emergency . Really happy with the service

The teams are really supportive and wonderful dr . Shivraj and other internal medicine team is so good that half of the illness vanish when we talk to them.the staff are super friendly but we'll knowledgeable . They know what to do and what not to do . The patient experience team take care fromm n to n. Service which some abroa f hospital will also lack . We are very happy and the service are too good and little gestured like greeting celebrations and connecting with patient make the overall experience worth worthy

We are happy with all the services Dr saketh and Dr Anand was really good with the baby and all the services is good. Dr namita Dr Vijay Meenakshi everyone is grm Swamy sir from housekeeping team helped us alot with every step . The team was really good . The cafe team is awesome and the food is fresh and healthy . Other than that the patient experience team did wonderful celebration to the patient

We are extremely happy with dr. Vijay meenakshi the services are really nice and everyone is very polite and generous . People are very giving in nature they are always ready to help and support the patient being a patient attender we never felt any kind of discomfort the supporting staffs are gem and are the backbone of the hospital and doctor are the heart of hospital
