Well-equipped hospital with five star service.Nursing staff is very obliging and skilled. Housekeeping staff is great. The gynaecology department for laproscopic surgery under Dr. Abhinibesh Chatterjee is really good . There is a canteen on the top most floor with good food for the patient - party at a reasonable cost.

I admitted my sister here in 2012 who passed away in 2013 while admitted in another hospital and subsequently admitted my mother who underwent dialysis, thrice a week, from 2014 to 2022. I have known this hospital since it was owned by the international chain under the name of Columbia Asia and seen it transition when it was acquired by Manipal Group of Hospitals. I will try to provide an honest, unbiased review in the hope that it benefits both, the hospital and its patients. Pros: Extremely clean facility, staff, are all polite and work round the clock to make patients feel comfortable and safe, excellent customer service team, polite management team. Cons: - Lack of investigation in my case for older patient where the line of treatment was aimed to address symptoms rather than investigate underlying causes; - Pressure on family in case of surgery - we felt rushed and were asked to approve 4 surgical procedures over a period of 1 week which was high risk, - Lack of integrity - selected surgeon backed out after meeting the patient, so we were forced to take a second opinion; - Understaffed - a majority of the time the only people manning the floors are nurses and RMOs. Scope for improvement: Practice honesty, integrity, better co-ordination between departments and doctors, please have some full-time, senior physicians on your team, more prompt investigation of health issues, allow families to ask questions rather than perceive it as a hindrance to hospital processes.

Most third rate hospital, not sure how it has got 4.4 rating in Google. Must have been manipulated reviews. Will give a detailed review on what happened with me in due course for general public to understand and avoid this facility

AMazing hospital in every aspect, Sisters are very cooperative and they do service with a smile on their face, no irrtiation at all ... My wife was admitted here for 5 days, their housekeeping to Ward boys their behavior is really worth appreciating and especially patience with the relatives and the patient is admirable . Neat clean hygienic timeliness and smiling and serving with patience are their core qualities.. It's a Multi Speciality hospital in Saltlake, Kolkata. ICU, ITU, Emergency, OTs, Ambulance (Very well equipped), Elevator, Canteen etc. facilities are available here. You will get very good doctors of all fields. They are available in OPD also. Pathology, Radiology, Medicine store, ICICi ATM is also there. My father and Mother was admitted under Dr. Arindam Ganguly who has taken care of everything and successfully replaced Hip ball partially and also implanted Titanium Rod at left leg.

Worst hospital anyone can go during emergency. It's a total Business minded hospital. I REPEAT IT'S THE WORST. They try to made up extra billing charges and if you don't have any medical background they will make a fool out of you. Not even in my worst nightmares I would go here again. If they see you alone and with no insurance they will just make fraud bills and ask you to pay as soon as possible. They will do all the unnecessary tests which makes zero sense. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SHIITY HOSPITAL!
