I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital's emergency ward. My Brother and I were left waiting outside for 45 minutes without any response or assistance from the management. We were told to wait until a bed became available, which was incredibly frustrating and concerning given the urgency of the situation. The lack of communication and concern for our well-being was disheartening. Waiting for nearly an hour without any updates or information on when we would be seen is simply unacceptable. Emergency situations require prompt and efficient care, and the hospital failed to meet these expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their communication and efficiency in the emergency ward. No one should have to endure such a long wait time, especially in a critical situation. My family and I deserve better care and attention than what we received. I hope that this review helps others make an informed decision about seeking medical care at this hospital.

I had a comfortable admission and stay when I had my husband admitted here last week in aug 2023. Everyone in the staff - be it the nurses, brothers, cashier staff, guards, billing departments ( specially Mr Sanjay Thakur) was very friendly and supportive. I didn't had to worry about a single thing while we were there. Everyone helped us to have a worry free stay while focusing on patient recovery I highly recommend the hospital

This hospital has been providing me and my family with medical treatments for a long time. Because it is the only well-known and reputable multispecialty hospital in east Pune, particularly in Kharadi. It was previously operated by Columbia Asia; last year, in 2021, it has been acquired Manipal Hospital Group. Despite the fact that the management team has changed, practically all of the doctors have remained the same. Due to the treatment of myself and other family members, I have had to consult doctors in practically every department, and I am really grateful for their flawless and correct care. Even late at night, this hospital's emergency department is remains extremely active and attentive. Only the OPD billing process is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. It requires immediate attention.

I took my mother to the hospital 4-5 days back with the symptoms of heart attack and as soon as we reach to the hospital doctors in emergency did ECG and heart attack was confirmed. We started the registration process but suddenly she started getting cardiac arrest, Dr. Suvarna, Dr. Anil Sonawane, Dr. Amit, Dr. Tanmai and team had to give her CPR multiple times to revive her and luckily she revived. Dr. Tanmai was taking care of her very diligently and keeping us properly informed about her life risk and what procedures they are following. Dr. Suvarna/Dr. Amit made sure to shift my mother immediately to the CATH lab along with life support and Dr. Tanmai and team immediately did all the preparation while she was on life support and did Angiography/Angioplasty to save her life. After Angioplasty she was kept in ICU for couple of days where Dr. Anil(ICU incharge) and team specially Sagar and Ajay took great care of her. Once she was shifted out from ICU to private ward all the ward doctors and nurse staff was taking care of her diligently. Cafe services was also always on time. I am glad that we reached to the right place and at the right time otherwise things would have been different. Once again thanks to Manipal Hospital, kharadi Pune for saving my mother's life.
