Very good treatment and well behaved staff.& doctor is helpful and having good ability and quality to deal with diseases.clean and very hygiene

I went at 6:50 pm the receptionist didn't make my receipt the timing are till 7pm she refused and asked for emergency fees which is 500 and I went there 4 times for my ear problem but my ear didn't recover

Doctor is great, just the waiting time is little too much. The fee is very nominal

Today I went to hospital 1.35 pm hospital timing are 1.30 receptionist did not make my receipt she refused. She asked for 500 rs emergency fee. Is it a humanity? I requested many times but she and a boy they refused to make my slip. Worst experience I had to go to other hospital. Date 22 February ,2023.

Dr. Is good but staff is pathetic.

It was a mess, no appointment system or slot booking, not available on practo too. the lady who picks up the phone is always in hurry to drop the call. I had to call thrice to complete my quarry. Doctor came at 1015 whereas he was supposed to start at 0930. Seems he wants the queue to form before he comes. Doctor is average and ok. its actually you do not have much options in this city so that ways you can call him best in city. I would like to suggest to doctor to better the queue system and also start slot booking else you will end up seeing the village patients only and people who have migrated to this city from other parts of country will continue to struggle and will remain forced to go to delhi/panipat or nearby cities for consultations. Five stars for the consultation charges. Its very nominal and lesser in comparison to other parts of the country.

Very rude behaviour at reception, no contact number to call

Someone asked me to see an ENT specialist for my ENT related problem. I went to see the Dr Avinash manaktalia, he gave me 5 days medicines and asked to come after 5 days. After 5 days medicines , I came back on saturday evening well 2 hour before the closing time of hospital as per their documents and display board. I asked the counter staff . They said Doctor is not available and has some personal work and they simply advised me to come after 7 pm if it was necessary to see today and Doctor will see you with an emergency fee of Rs. 500 today atfter 7 pm and Sunday the hospital was closed as per their by laws etc. Whether I was at fault, if Doctor asked me to see after 5 days medicines?... And i understand there may be some emergency for Doctor not to meet at given time then why we have to pay emergency fee of Rs 500 with no fault of us......? Now Problem was much bigger, I couldn't see other doctor on sunday as well..... Maniktalia hospital is a business shop. They have no sensitiveness towards patients. They simply loot and harass patients. Please see some other ENT specialists. Never ever, I will recommend this hospital to any patients!!
