Not very professional if you are looking for a Malabar kinda experience avoid it. There were many things I felt like explaining to them but didn't. Just an example.. after printing my bill the person was playing around with it along with it holding it to her face, her mouth.. who is also wearing a lipstick kinda feels disgusting to touch that bill as well.
A reasonably well stocked jewellery shop with knowledgeable and courteous staff. There is a large variety in silver articles giving multiple options. They have a gold jewellery section too, with very reasonable making charge compared to others. The gold and silver used in the items is certified. There is an option for exchange of old gold and silver. Parking space is available in front of the shop.

Good place if you are looking for silver items, especially for gifting. They have good designs and lots of variety. The making charges are on the higher side and you need to bargain a bit to have that reduced.
