Mango Dormitory - Hostel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Staff are very friendly n obedient. Good thing is one sir conditioner will be running continuously in this Dormitory. Water problem will happen sometimes. Overpacked with 17 bunk beds ie., 34 persons + 3 staff in big hall. Bathrooms are clean. sometime you have to wait as there is only 3 bathrooms. Price is economy and there is no privacy as there is no gap between bunk beds. Monthly packages are available. Have a nice

Its okk to stay here for 1 or 2 days or more i also stayed here for 1 day and the drinking water quality is not good and it mentioned it will provide breakfast but it doesn't and at night there are people who start fighting and shouting for a annoys reason and the Dormitory owner has not done anything to stop them. Lag in discipline or taking any action and also people use to drink, smoke and it's a single room which has almost 20 bunk beds so almost 40 people are staying at a single room so there is also a big threats to security of your personal items. Otherwise if i talk about facility then it provides water, hot water bathing, shared bathroom etc. And bedsheet is not regularly cleaning after guest same bedsheet is provided for another guest because when i got bed i see lot of dirtness and soil are there in my bed. So think twice before booking thank you.

In terms of price/quality - very good place, compared with other hostels of the area. Only one room dormitory provides space for 40 guests (20 2-stored beds), which is considering the size of room and narrow stairs leading to it is a complete violation of fire safety conditions. Despite of it, staff was kind. Beds with fresh clean sheets and blanckets. Good ventilation, not too cold, not too hot. New modern bathroom, though with lack of maintenance. Generally a good place to spend 1-2 nights, to rest from the journey. Considering very close location of grocery supermarket (1 min walk) and metro station (1 min walk).

Here so many bed bugs(khatamal) are their, and small cockroaches are also here, I told the Mango Dormitory managing people about the bed bug bits then there are laughing and saying we will see. They changing the bed cover in front of you after joining here, but the bed cover is not washed one.

Dont waste your money going to this dorm. Worst place ever I have stayed in. Staffs are so rude you would hate them. A/Cs never work, fans are damaged, no cleanliness, cockroaches all around. Staff keep coughing all around spreading diseases to people and smoke cigarettes all the time. They wont even provide your lockers. They wont refund your money jf your booking date changes and they might also curse you. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

Unhygienic. Beds have bedbugs. Washrooms are not clean. 34 beds in one room with no ventilation. AC is not worth it. It's not a proper backpackers' hostel.

Good for cheap stay 34 beds Lower + Upper and 3 toilets just below the asalpha metro station

Advantage - polite staffs, good arrangement, near by metro , spacious bathrooms. few restaurants near by. Disadvantage - i booked for 10 days i got 500ml water bottle and a towel. after this i have to pay for each water bottle and towel. i dont know even if i stay 1 day i will get this thing once and if i book for 10 days i will get once only. ac not running all time so sweeting sometime as there is no fan too. Betsheets changed once only in 10 days. hope as the business picksup these things will be changed
