I'd a word with the sales person regarding the product. She had asked me to WhatsApp the picture and then she was about to confirm me regarding that . After sending her the picture neither she is picking up the call not she is responding over WhatsApp. This kind of service was not at all acceptable. At least I should get some confirmation or update regarding that.
In Forum Mall Kolkata the store is lovely and the associates are very helpful. Pencil skirts really well fitting, dresses, blouses and lovely warm scarves. Bought a cute dress and the material is super nice. Take a look and enjoy trying out some really nice clothes.
