Mango County Resort - Resort hotel in Pirayiri - Palakkad, India

Haven't seen such a good hospitality before. The staff is really polite and very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example, breakfast closes at 10:30 yet they were happy to cater to us till 10:40 and waited till we finished. The rooms are amidst river side, and constantly remind you that you're surrounded by the garden veiw. There are plants inside the room, yet the rooms are very well maintained and clean. They're big enough for 3 people. The food was also very refreshing- just don't expected too much from the continental menu. Order the staple Indian options and you will be surprised how good it tastes. The breakfast buffet was also delicious! I still can't believe we had this experience for such a reasonable price as well. Can't miss this stay for sure! Recommending to family and friends

Mango resort is excellent location very close to nature. Staff enquired about our arrival and made things easy beforehand. The check-in experience was really good. Service is exemplary. The receptionist and supporting staff are very welcoming. The complimentary Breakfast was extraordinary. Indoor games are really good. Private stream was very nice. Note: The road(last 1 kms) leading to resort is little narrow. Driving there is no issue, Also since the location is at a remote location carry drinks.

Pathetic management. Definitely this resort with a good atmosphere and greenery is in wrong hands. Maintenance is very poor. I believe all the good reviews u see here is paid. We had booked this resort for a family get together a month back. They had agreed to give us the conference hall as we were almost 90 people and that there won't be any other people in the resort on that day, assuring us the privacy. When we went there today, they had given the conference hall for some association's meeting. We had called them a week before and again yesterday to confirm about the conference hall and they said, it will be provided to us, even today morning we had called them to reassure. Big cheaters and they don't value their customers is what we understood. These people make others write paid reviews, and later on cheat the people who visit them. This should stop. These guys almost spoiled our first ever family get together. Luckily the owner of "Top in town Restaurant", arranged the top in town conference hall and even arranged the food for us seeing our condition. We are really thankful to that gem of a person who came forward to help us. The bad experience that we had with this resort should not be repeated.

We could not have asked for a better palakkad experience! The staff at mango are the most kind, helpful, friendly people we had the pleasure of meeting. The property is spectacular - beautiful treehouses, incredible views, peaceful and environmentally conscious. I enjoyed the food, my husband is from Hyderabad so it wasn't spicy enough for him the service was top notch and the price was affordable (by American standards). Would recommend to anyone! The hotel, staff and everyone were always cheerful and helpful nature. The location was a little difficult, but it was worth it. They had one of a garden(which is well maintained and has a beautiful view) Food was tasty and quantity wise also good. The breakfast variety is good and tasty too. In short it was a fun filled experience, if possible in future I will try to book again in this place.

Very well maintained property with vast area of around 7 acres to explore and staffs were friendly. We were a group of 6 adults and a toddler. The food was very tasty and the stay provided was neat and excellent. Nice place to have a calm and amazing time.

Very beautiful place for family as well as corporate events also.. I went with my business team. I had Such a positive experience . Again 3 rooms booked for Diwali family social event.

Mango county resort was on dream vacation.Really I was so happy to stay there Excellent service Staff, service, facilities, food everything is just amazing..... Very clean and neat room and surroundings ... Excellent and hygiene food Atmosphere was very nice I felt very happy to stay there. ***PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO VISIT THIS PLACE*** The ambiance and the surrounding is very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Please note it's only the place and not the staffs. The staffs lack in responsibility, such a shame that this beautiful place is been devalued due to them. They don't have the manners to welcome the customer. Apart from the ambiance everything else should be given a big fat 0. Sharing my personal experience which happened on 01.10.2023 the most recent one. We had a family get-together planned at MANGO COUNTY and the strength was 90 people ( including 3 months - 85 year old ). We booked the conference hall and paid an advance amount exact a month ago. We were in touch with the receptionist regularly to get their updates and other details, at the same time would confirm regarding the conference hall. On 01.10.2023 some of our family members arrived there at 9.30 am and the rest by 10:30 am. Neither the staff welcomed us nor they give us any sort of welcome drink. On reaching there we came to know that the conference hall which was booked by us was rented to **All Kerala Distributors Association District Committee Meeting**. When we went and asked the manager and the receptionist about the same they said that we'll have to wait till 1:30 pm for the conference hall to get vacated. The attitude of the manager was worse towards the elderly people who were talking to him . Me and my family members had to stand in the rain for 2:30 hours, we saw that the welcome drink that was supposed to be served was kept in a way where the rain water was dripping into the drink. We had to make the association people understand about the situation, the lack of communication , sense of responsibility and greed towards money has created a big issue between two group of people. Not only the manager but also the receptionist and other staff were not ready to accept their mistake. When this problem got fierce, the owner of Top in Town, who was present at the meeting place, intervened and asked us to attend our family gathering comfortably in the AC hall and even the food was prepared within one and half hours. A special thanks from our family for his kindness and the initiative he took for us and the whole Top in Town team for welcome is in a warm and friendly way. Our family has also decided to take legal action against Mango County Resort for the mental abuse we suffered. They need a punishment so that no one has such a bad experience.
