Mr. Binitji is a trusted person. He is a local varanasi travel agent. We had a good experience visiting Varanasi, prayagraj, ayodhya & gaya. Car & hotel arrangements were good. Driver Munnaji was good. Give you plan & they give you the itinerary to match your schedule.

They provided the guide which he doesn't have any knowledge. And he skipped all important temples during visit varanasi and he just came dropped us to temple and went no guide no information. As per our knowledge this travel agency is more expensive than other agency. I don't recommend. My expirence is not good

Mr. Binit is one of the best person we met in India: a sincere enthusiast of life and his own city Varanasi. He took us not only into a guided tour of the city but gently into the culture, manners, spirituals. One of the best 2-days tour we had in our life. An excellent storyteller, we hope to have the chance to visit more spots with him next time.

I was looking for someone to help me on my trip arrangments for Varanasi Trip for Feb 2019. Saw good reviews about Binit and sent out a message with my requirements via whatsapp and from that moment until I left ...the thing I was most impressed was the smooth and effective communication. He followed up and made sure everything was alright every step of the way. He arranged for a Varanasi boat trip, a trip to Kumbh Mela and Bodhgaya and return airport trips. The Vehicles and drivers were good. The Innova for Bodhgaya was a bit old but driver was good. Overall even though he was slightly on the expensive side you cannot complain on the service and I was willing to pay the extra for it. Would definitely recommend if you are flexible on the budget.Appreciate Binit and team for their service.

I've just returned from spending three days in Varanasi with Binit of Mangalam tours. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I recommend Binit and Maglam Travels unconditionally. If you want to see the ancient, holy city of Varanasi, this is the way to do it! Binit grew up around Varanasi, and his love for this city and deep knowledge of the history, culture, religions, and geography of this place were unmistakable. While he made sure I had the standard tourist experiences (boat rides on the Ganges, seeing the evening fire ceremonies, etc) he was also able to show me the sort of authentic stuff that only a local knows about. We were able to visit temples, talk with holy men, and experience the city in amazing ways. Binit is also completely professional, and incredibly friendly and kind. He likes to say "You come to Varanasi as a client, and you leave as a friend." That's exactly how I felt. I had several once-in-a-lifetime moments on this trip, and Binit was the one who made them happen. Touring with him was an awesome experience, and I recommend him unconditionally!

It was an awesome experience with Veenit ji for his round the clock sevice, taking care of my family at the best level.Reasonable package cost. All the cab drivers were very polite and punctual. The hotels were smartly choosen by Veenit ji himself with best in call service. Would like to book another package with the the Mangalam travel company soon.

Highly recommended! You need a guide in Varanasi. Binit Mishra is the guide we hoped for. His love for the city was clear from his first email. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of its temples and history. His south Varansi heritage tour showed us a side of the city we would not have been able to access on our own, and he customized the rest of our tour to our specifications. His driver Vishal navigated tough traffic jams easily. His speaks fluent English and is comfortable with American idioms. He is a trustworthy companion to help navigate the challenges of Varansi to unlock its wonder.
