Food is good. They claim not to use artificial taste enhancers and colour. Service is pathetic whether it is dine innoru take away. The owner is a bit rude and his bengalis are dumb, absolutely unaware of the importance of customer service. Have few seats for dine in. Take away is the suggested option.

Kizhi Poratta is just awesome. They are focusing on takeaways. So the Inside ambience is very less and there is only a small dining space for a couple of people.

Quality and quantity of food was okay Not better some foods to spicy

Food all are good. Restaurant is not neat and tidy.

Kizhi porota is good when you eat it hot. Beef curry is not good. Mostly bone and fat. Chicken thoran is also not good.

Poor food, very very poor service, customer not satisfaction including family

Tasty food at a reasonable rate. Though crowded, staff are quite fast in packing.

Bangali workers there. They are least bothered in customer service. Even while serving the food they are on the call.
