Very well taken care of my pet. I had left my Persian cat for 2 weeks and I was happy to see the pet in healthy condition. Shilpa is very loving towards pets and makes sure that she takes good care. Videos were also sent to show how the pet was doing . Pets would feel like their second home. I would continue to pet-board here whenever out of station as it's good and reliable. Thank you Shilpa

Where do I even begin? Mangalore Petshack is the closest thing a pet can have to its home, and in most cases, it is even better. I was in Mglore for a while and came across an indie puppy on the street during the rainy season. He was a terrified, timid puppy who didn't want to meet new people or adjust to a new environment. I was concerned that if I dropped him off at the boarding facility, he would develop anxiety or behavioural issues. Then I found Mangalore petshack on Instagram, I wanted to check it out once before dropping him off. So I met with Shilpa to understand what they would feed the puppy and where would the puppy stay, junior (the puppy) instantly felt comfortable enough to let his guard down and was not at all on alert or anxious or scared. After that day the rest is history. I have left junior for boarding for 2-3 days every other month, not once has he been sad while I was leaving. He has legit grown up there, he got accustomed to a lot of situations being there like being around dogs, extremely okay with strangers etc. Every time I used to go there, I would get to meet the other dogs who were there for boarding itself, So happy and carefree. Both Shilpa and prajwal are wonderful people and treat each puppy, dog, cat as their own. This individual attention to every dog is what makes the place special.

They are amazing it was my dogs first time there he is super clingy and refuses to wat without us he's very attached to us but seeing him with them( Shilpa & Prajwal) I can be carefree and leave for a any period of time. We didn't have to worry about him being sad or not eating they took such good care of him Thank you so much for all that you guys did.

Please be aware of this dog pet sitter. They will give you their number then agree on a price. On the day of returning pet try to scam you by their negligence. They will lie how they took care of your pet and when it was time to get my service dog back she said he jumped off compound walls, ran over gate etc.. very unprofessional.

Im very much happy with the shilpa ma'am and prajwal bro for taking care of our 3 pets for more than 15 days ...Even though some construction work was going on there they done their best to our pet with homely atmosphere . And more over that they gave extra care to our physically disabled puppy ..I highly recommend mangalore pet shack..

One of the best place to leave your pet on board while your away from home.. I had left my Spitz( short breed pomoranian) for 5 days here.. and Shilpa sent me update and videos of my dog whenever asked..
