I had an amazing experience here. Hygiene is something which really matters to me and it was really clean. Along with it, the food and other amenities were also great. I really had an amazing time and would definitely like to recommend this to my friends and family.
Slightly exaggerated from what is advertised. Location is in such a place that commuting, travel to and from hotel is a nightmare. No car or auto rickshaw guys would like to come here as it is highly chocked with traffic at all times. There's no place left to even walk. Our cab guy dropped midway and we had to walk all the way with luggage. Not a traveller / neighbor friendly area are people are grossed in their businesses and don't even bother to reply or help. Hotel has got some relics and some remnants of old era but nothing close to heritage. Refreshments are not available at this place, as announced, to go out and have even a cup of tea is a nightmare. No food delivery guys will deliver here. Heritage tours start from 10 pm, for obvious reasons, and you can see only dark walls and silhouettes. May be for others, but overall it's not a happy experience for us. Travellers! Pictures are all over Google for Manek Chowk area. Kindly research and decide.
It's a great place to stay as the location is very beautiful and very well maintained.... upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, rooms we spacious and comfortable and we loved the ambience I would highly recommend this place.

Heritage property is not being maintained properly these days. I last visited 4 days ago and roam around To have a look and i saw neglience of management staff. No water in pond and antique frog near the pond was full of dust. Even the antique furniture was full of dust. Also the staff at reception table is busy in their own phones. They dont revert you properly. Being owner of an apparel brand i was looking out for such heritage premise to shoot my upcoming collection but the staff is not responsive. Hope the owner gets to read my message and do necessary changes or else this beautiful heritage property will be spoiled.
Great place to stay with family or friends, I came for business purpose, and staied for 3 days, the employees are treated awesome, foods also very good, recommended to stay there with family or friends and enjoy the staying
