Worst experience ever. They don't know what hospitality is. They are very money minded people. On check out day the reception person started calling (multiple times) on room phone from 7:30 in the morning for the payment, as if we are thieves and leave without payment. They don't have food service and drinking water facility. If you order something even the simplest like tea, they will bring it from the stall outside and over charge you for it. On our first day they told us that we will give you 2 complimentary water bottles daily. Everyday they gave us hot water bottle on asking and charged for every single one on last day. Food not good as they will bring packed food from nearby stall/dhaba. It is better to order food online. Also, weird crowd comes at night and there are strange noises and movement in corridor at night time. We felt unsafe. So won't recommend it for family and females.

New Hotel. Rooms are neat and tidy. Rooms are spacious.Bet is excellent. Lighting inside and outside the room is also good. Bathroom is also neatly maintained. Geyser not working. Being summer we managed without it. Bathroom mat is very dirty. Big minus is that it doesn't have restaurant. They take orders and bring them from nearby hotel. That food is good. Overall experience is very good. I hope that restaurant will be ready before my next visit to Chennai.Reception staff is polite and cooperative
When i checked into the room the room given to me was 201 around 3:30pm, the ac was not working...i had to wait till 9:30pm to get the room shifted... Then after long wait the room got shifted to 104...In that room also the ac was not working.. There was no water in the entire hotel.. Had an horrible day.... Being a hotelier I vl never ever suggest this hotel to anyone.... Not at all a good place to stay with the family... I have paid 1680/- for the same...
