Excellent customer service Doctors are professional and the staff is also very helpful. This is one of the best hospitals in Raja park area with so many state of the art facilities.

Worst experience Today I have admitted my mother in this hospital .. the way of taking and attending of patients is very very rudely. If any doctor attend with proper manner in that case 50% problem auto resolve. avoid this hospital in IPD and OPD both. I have no any words right now for this type of hospital.. let see further till discharge..

I don't agree with the statement and conclusion make by Mr. Jatin. I have been visiting Dr. Amit Mathur since the last 4-5 years. He is one of the most competent gastroenterologist in north India. He is very popular because of his caring nature and and the time which he gives to us when we meet him. At the time of waiting in his OPD the feedback given by poor patients is amazing. There are a lot of patients who are treated for free by him.

Very nice treatment by Dr amit mathur and team, I was admitted with jaundice, stayed here for 3 days, the treatment staff and I'm fit now thanks to teammangalam services, everything was taken care of,

There is no hospitality in hospital. My friend and we were told we have appointment at 4 pm , doctor came at 4:30pm and she started seeing patients at 5:30pm. Also hospital helpers were asking to sit patient only there , said other could sit at ground floor.

Right from the beginning of the consultation, Dr. Mathur's demeanor was appalling. He seemed disinterested in listening to my concerns and instead launched into a tirade, making assumptions about my condition without even giving me a chance to explain my medical history. Despite mentioning that I was already undergoing treatment for fatty liver and stomach problems, he dismissed my information and proceeded to berate me. What struck me the most was Dr. Mathur's apparent greed. His disregard for my well-being and focus on monetary gain was deeply troubling. It is distressing to think that a doctor, who is supposed to prioritize patient care, would allegedly prioritize financial gain over human life. Additionally, Dr. Mathur's unkind remarks about people with RGHS Cards were uncalled for and offensive. If the hospital has issues with providing services to such individuals, they should reconsider accepting these cards rather than making derogatory comments about those who use them. I genuinely hope that someone from the Manglam Hospital team reads this review and takes it seriously. Dr. Amit Mathur should be made aware of the impact of his behavior on patients, and appropriate steps should be taken to address these concerns. Overall, I would advise anyone considering visiting Manglam Hospital to exercise caution, especially if they do not have significant financial resources to pay that greedy man. The alleged behavior displayed by Dr. Mathur is unacceptable, and I plan to file a complaint with the RGHS department regarding my experience. Patients deserve respect, empathy, and understanding from their healthcare providers, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit.
