Great Gym with great atmosphere that doesn't feel intimidating. Nithin has been training me for the the last 10 months and can honestly say my whole mindset has completely changed with his input. I was in really bad shape and very unfit when I joined, Nithin and his brother Nibin guided me every step and each week pushes me to achieve more than I ever thought was possible. Nithin & Nibin are great personal trainers who ensures that I have fun varied sessions and has helped me enjoy excise!

It was a gud experience from man fit gym becz high quality experience, well trained and friendly trainers, universal standard training section. And what made me feel from other was the frindly behaviour of the trainers.with two month of training i have made of lot of changes in my body especially i reduced my weight and my muscle strenght was improved a lot. Apart from that good cardio section, weight loss section, and streghthaning section also is there. And i strongly recoment to all my friends.. Thanks to manfit
