Visited this place while taking a bus to Melukote. Station is clean with nice views and railway announcements. Almost all trains going to Mysore will have a halt at Mandya station. There are lots of BATS (in thousands) on trees in front of the station making lot of noise and hanging upside down.

Hopeless no wash room wash rooms have been locked for decades lot of alterations work going on but no safety to passangers even we don't have any proper canteens to have food

Mysore to Bangalore train will always stop in 3rd platform. Well maintained.

Mandya railway station situated at the heart of the city so easily accessible through any means , Not a huge station have 3 working platform and one service platform. The road leading to and fro to the station is quite bad with lot of potholes there is a chance of missing the train due to these bad roads alone.

Getting improving the Railway Station like availability of escalator. It Is very easy to survive out station travellers. And also have Parking services, train's full details on station, police's service, and hole station under the coverage of CCTV CAMERAS for public safety.

Mandya railway station caters mostly mail trains and other lshuttles. Station has all the amenities.

Very clean and well-maintained railway station. This is the district railway station. All express trains make the stop here. There is a skywalk between the platforms for the passengers to move from one to another. There are frequent announcements of the train's arrival and departure. The railway station is located near the highway and in the heart of the city. A parking place for two and four-wheeler vehicles is available.
