The overall look and hygiene was well maintained. I tried the chicken Mandi, The chicken was very soft and tasty. Hoped for little more masala. The rice they provided was unlimited. The staff were well coorpated and well behaviour. The wash was well cleaned . Has not much parking space. Probably they arrange additional parking soon.
I recently visited Mandi Manzil with my friends after a long and exhausting tour. We were all craving for some delicious mandi and we were not disappointed. The waiter who served us was very courteous and attentive. He brought us our food quickly and it was piping hot and flavorful. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I was also impressed by the quality of the tissue paper and the hand wash liquid they provided. They were soft and smooth, unlike some other restaurants in Kollam that use cheap and rough ones. I would highly recommend Mandi Manzil to anyone looking for a satisfying and pleasant dining experience.
I will not recommend this restaurant. Overhyped restaurant and rating. Worst kuzhimandi I have ever eaten. Accompaniment of kuzhimandi like tomato chilli chutney and mayonnaise was very poor in taste and chutney had a bad smell. Cucumber salad was very salty and acidic. We reported it to the supplier and no reply from him. Very bad service. Finding a parking slot here is terrible. Crowded restaurant, difficult to get a seat during lunch time.waited 30 minutes for seat and 20 minutes for food. I think these people never eaten a tasty kuzhimandi. That's why this restaurant overhyped and overcrowded.
We had Chicken, beef and mutton mandhi. Taste is exceptionally good. Rice with right flavour and mayonnaise is good too. But the service is not quick enough, took near to half an hour to get the food on table and the bearer was reluctant when we asked for extra mayonnaise, then we needed to ask a table cleaning staff to get it. The management Should make sure of better customer service .
One of the Best Mandhi I ever had Top Quality Rice Ckn Mayo & Tomato chutney. Travelled 40kms from Kayamkulam to Kollam to try Bait Al Mandhi. Totally worth it. Worth Every Penny. If u r a Mandhi lover.. then definitely this one satisfies your taste buds. Top Class
