Attention ladies: SAVE yourself from gynecologist Dr. Dechin Angmo. 1. She is self obsessed. .. 2. She uses her phone while talking to patient and then ask to repeat. 3. She gives only example of her own pregnancy and her world trips she have made. 4. She interrupts patient inbetween and start giving her own examples. 5. There is one side conversation she made with patient where is the only one who talks. 6. I was asked to perform a simple heartbeat test which she tried to avoid several time and when I asked and insisted she did formality by saying 'abhi nahi ati heart beat, 6 month ke bad ati hai. 7.there was no patient before or after me. She was free but she was reluctant to do the test (5mins) but spent 30-40 mins with me by telling her world tour stories which has nothing to do with pregnancy. I request management to put camera in her cabin and see what how she treat patient. Plssss IF ANYONE NEED PROOF, I CAN PROVIDE THAT SHE DIDNT PERFORM THAT SIMPLE DOPPLER HEART BEAT TEST INSTEAD SENT ME FOR ANOMALY TEST WHICH WAS NOT EVEN DUE. SHAME Dechin Angmo SHAME SHAME

Subject: Complaint against Poor Hospital Management Dear Hospital Administrator/Hospital Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the management of Mandav Hospital regarding the poor services and inefficiencies I experienced during our recent visit on 11/08/2023. On the mentioned date, after reaching the hospital's emergency ward, we had to wait for a long time without any staff attending to the emergency or providing basic first aid. After that a doctor came to attend my patient (1 yr old boy) and asked to show previous medical slips. I had provided entire record available with me and then i was told to wait for sometime. Suddenly they cancelled my appointment and told me to seek help from other hospital. I was left in a shock as my patient was suffering from high fever. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff, leading to further delays and distress. Such oversights and lapses not only reflect poorly on the hospital's reputation but can also have dire consequences for patients requiring immediate attention. It is imperative for a healthcare institution, especially of yours stature, to ensure that efficient and timely services are rendered to all its patients. I urge the hospital management to: Investigate the specific issues mentioned above. Implement robust processes and systems to rectify and prevent such incidents in the future. Train or re-train staff to ensure they are competent and can manage patients effectively. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, and the necessary measures are implemented to enhance the quality of services at your hospital. 5 Star for Dr Uday Bhanu Rana. He is the best gynaecologist and laproscopic surgeon in Himachal Pradesh. If any lady has any problem then I would suggest to go to Dr. Bhanu only....Because he has a solution for every woman's problem.

Not very satisified with the services at counter reception , charging 340 for the slip and taking 10 -15 minutes for the receipt, as a patient alone can't do this ,for lesser time for such small works why would anyone has to wait till 10 to 15 minutes ,in Government hospital it takes less than one minute so what is the purpose ,along with the behavior of the receptionist at counter was also not so good she was rude / / Though doctor service was satisfactory but the staff behavior i consider to be less professional as expected in Private hospitals Kindly do needful for the same / /

Dr. Uday Bhanu did my surgery of Endometriosis and everything was perfect whole team took good care of me guided me right . Best Gyno in town as well as H.P

I would give 2 star for the unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour of the nursing staff me during my delivery & stay in new complex of Mandav hospital, Gutkar. The only reason to choose Mandav was Dr. Uday Bhanu *5 star for his guidance and promptness* We paid hefty amount for the poor service of under trained nurse, the hospital is full of young and arrogant staff. Senior nurses are still 1% better but we are highly disappointed with the resident staff at the hospital. We took private room and its facilities but had to call the nurses every-time for the assistance. At least 5-6 nurse would accompany the doctors during their visits to show off but they would behave roughly when they'd come alone. There was no mid night or early morning assistance. My husband had to call them for the cannula replacements, had to remind them for my post CSection requirements. They would just sit on their counter and use their phones or enjoy their kitty party. In the day time a batch of 4-5 nurses will come to check you every 20 mins and bring trainers who would treat you as a Ginny pig, and disturb you even if you are in pain post your surgery. One can easily see the nervousness on trainees face while changing the cannula or putting injections. Their egos are so high that on the day of my discharge no one came to assist us or paid us a visit including the RMO, being females themselves they would treat a female patient as burden they are the worse nursing staff I have ever experienced. Management needs to look into it or stop charging people for their services.

Worst facilities, worst rooms Govt. Hospitals are much better than this private hospital.

Really good private hospital. Staff and doctors are very friendly.
