Good n ample parking place available but it is aproch road is not clear.
The employees works under corruption,they were doing illegal activities by taking money & recommendation,if we enquiry any thing they will misbehaving with men and also women
There is an excellent facility available , if you want to submit your Application ( GO 58 & 59 ) with ALL original documents & photos of your property , those , you could collect after running from pillar to post , took several weeks for that very important papers , they simply ask to to put in to the so called collection box , keet at the entrance. NO staff to receive , NO guard , NO acknowledgement was given . More than 100 unhappy applicants were there , discussing about the efficiency of the MRO office. When few met with MRO , with smiling face he said that , it's not required , since you do have the receipt of Mee - Seva ! Tomorrow , when you go there , it's percent sure that , they will ask you , which Application ? Did you really submit it here ? What's the proof ? During this very efficient Govt. still it's very pathetic ground condition of the common people . Is anybody ready to care ??
Worst experience!! we need to submit 3 or 4 times if you want any certificate. Doesn't matter if you have an acknowledgement also. They will misplace the documents.
Worst employees..... everything works with money.....Any document will be given to you in 5 days if you pay them....elz it will take you around 2 months to get the same....MRO is soo polite but rest are worst.
Worst Experience. The staff is irresponsible. Nothing works without money. They lost my documents and asked me to resubmit the doc's.
MRO Mr. Gautham Kumar is very co-operative, supportive, helpful and friendly in nature. VRO's are mostly young direct recruited ladies and are a bit thick skinned, and not very professional w.r.t communication and support. If you have all proper documents in hand, you better meet the MRO directly. Overall, had a good experience with this Qutubullapur MRO Office.
