My dad underwent surgery for oral cancer and overall experience was very poor. We had our first surgery in 2022 wherein everything was good however the cancer resurfaced again in 2023, upon consulting the doctor we were informed to do a second surgery at the new area of infection. This 2nd operation experience has been beyond pathetic, day 1 the ward boy shaved my dad's hand and wounded him leading to severe bleeding , which the hospital staff duly asked us not to report. While the operation has been successful, hospital has been very unclean and the patient washrooms stink unbearably. For any discomfort that my dad faced, we had to keep pushing the floor doctor to provide support and they just kept pushing responsibilities to each other while the patient suffered in agony. We kept getting the same reason since it's weekend the staff is short. Every small item we need to keep chasing and feels like they are paying us to treat our patients instead of we paying them for the services, very small things like catheter tube and all are missing which is leading to more patient misery While I thank the hospital for treating my dad, I would have been happier if they provided the service that a hospital of such high reputation should provide

Third class Dr because of them the needle got out while doing chemo n al chemo medicine went into muscles n my mom died just after money

Manavta HCG Hospital is just a showcase, very nice cleanliness, interior, administration. But the most important is no quality in the treatment you get here. I admitted my father here for small surgery, hospital did not even stitched. There was water coming out of lesion, i have very bad experience. My strong recommendation to go individual doctor hospital where he takes the responsibility of all. In hospital like Manavta no body is responsible as this is multispecility hospital. i will never come here again. I wasted my time & money.

No attention to individual patient. no urgency shown in treating serious cases. all taken at same priority. Dr. not very sensitive and communicated bad news to patients own face, scaring the patient more. lack of common sense coupled with overcrowding. research dept does not have proper process of regular scans.

Third class hospital i request cancer patients those take treatment From this hospital plz Don't go. I admitted my father and doctor's protocol is to giving Radiation+Chemotherapy but after treated his very panic so bring hospital but in hospital they behave very lower level and delay in emergency case. It very very third class treatment because my father died due to Doctors wrongs decision and hospital's bodyguard and security is lower level speaking if in emergency case file is late.
