4.1 star. Famous nursing home for mental patients, established long back, patients outside the Burdwan town also stay here, situated opposite to Alisha bus Stand, large area, it is affordable place, patients are taken care well, staff behavior is an issue.
It's one of the worse of my experience. Staffs especially one Madam receive patients prescription is a bogus, have no manners and etiquette. Hospital is very famous for its treatment. But, management must look into this type of ruthless behaviour of the staff. If necessary, hospital authority should dismiss the lady. Average waiting hours to see doctor are 7-8 hours....FALTU system
